PURPOSE:To detect a state of an opening and closing door without using an exclusive detection sensor in an information processor which enlarges a printing range by forcing a carriage out from an opening part of an armoring case by opening the opening end closing door provided to a side surface of the armoring case. CONSTITUTION:A carriage is moved to an HP sensor side before performing printing operation, and a position of an origin is detected with the HP sensor. Thereafter, a control signal which transfers the carriage by (n) steps from the origin position to an end position of the printing rage is outputted to a pulse motor, and the carriage is transferred. Then, a signal which makes the carriage transfer by (n-alpha) steps in a reverse direction is outputted to the motor, and the carriage is transferred. An opened or closed state of the opening and closing door is detected by detecting whether the HP sensor at that time is on or not. |
