<p>A tire sidewall (4) is connected to the embellishment (6) in correct angular relationship, which is held during use. Preferred features: The embellishment has extensions prolonged radially to the sidewall, with elasticity accommodating deflection in use. A non-circumferential groove molded on the sidewall, works with the extension, fixing tire and embellishment together in the circumferential direction. Two spaced projections on the tire sidewall accommodate each radial extension. A sliding foot (18) at the end of the embellishment extension is held in a housing on the tire sidewall.
