The wall bracket has a cap head screw or bolt passed through near the free end of the longer leg (28) of the L-shaped holder (26). The bolt shaft (54) extends from the cap head (58) through a longitudinal slit at the flat web section of the profiled rail (16), for the cap head (58) to hold a pliable strap in place with a projection (60) through the longitudinal slit. The L-shaped holder (26) has a limited axial movement.
