Plastics dowel for providing anchoring for screw or bolt

The sleeve-shaped plastics dowel, of a polymer material with durable elasticity, has a softer elastic section (1) over most of its length, with ring-shaped outer contours (4). The remaining harder section (2) of the dowel has no outer contours. The threading or toothed distortion through a screw or bolt acts only on the softer section (1). An opening (3) is provided between the dowel sections (1,2). The height of the opening corresponds to the maximum sprung path of the dowel, while the depth corresponds to the length of the screw. The dowel is made of polyurethane, polyester or polyether elastomer.
