The base part (7) is a component of a first buttress (9a) for a tightening screw (10), the head (11) of which supports a second buttress (12) on the tightening rim (6) supporting on a buttress ring (5) of the skin (2). By alteration of the tension distance between the first and second buttresses the skin is locally tightened or slackened. One end of the tightening screw with unaltered tension distance is suspended releasably on the corresponding buttress (12) and the first buttresses (9a) locates on a tension component (13) which has a U-shaped profile and the first buttress is a cylindrical bolt located in holes (32) of the parallel U-legs.
