The device (12) comprises of two rectangular parts (18), offering two joint surfaces (16), each equipped with one or more break-off extensions (19) for the insertion into openings positioned at the parts to be joined.The two parts (18) are reinforced by a triangular element (22), joined to each side, which has finger-shaped indents (31) for better grip. At least two openings (20) per edge (29) are located at the joint surfaces (16) for the insertion of fixing elements. A U-shaped cap (14) covers the open space (24) between the edges (28) of the basic parts (18).
