The system has a component dosing unit (hot, cool, cold) in the by-pass to the main circuit. Both volumetric flows (main flow and by-pass) serve as regulatory parameters in the dosing of hot and cool flows. The system further incorporates pressure regulation in the main flow, quantity flow regulation, regulation of the quantities, change of temperature, and the variation of time cycles. In a batch chemical manufacturing process, the temperature is regulated at given stages of the process by a combined heating and cooling system which is structured as a main heating and cooling system, and a number of secondary heating and cooling systems.
