PURPOSE: A device is provided to recycle waste and to improve a visibility at night by reflected light on a glass piece since using a small piece pulverized and distributed from waste glass as an aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A device for producing asphalt concrete is composed of a stone powder supplier(41), an aggregate supplier(51), an asphalt supplier(61) mixing the aggregate and stone powder to generate asphalt concrete, a glass carat supplier(71) temporally storing glass carats in a glass carat storage(74) after drying and heating on passing a belt conveyor(73) installing a heater(72), an aggregate measuring part(81), and a mixer(91). The mixer mixes and discharges contents while heating the contents to 155 to 165°C so as to produce asphalt concrete containing the glass carat.
