PURPOSE: A method for preparing a smokeless and odorless charcoal is provided which charcoal can be moment-ignited and burns for a long time, to obtain a meat flavored with spice in combustion. CONSTITUTION: The smokeless and odorless charcoal composition is prepared by: 1) preparing a first source material which is prepared by mixing 20-70 wt% of an alcohol, 5-15 wt% of a starch syrup, 3-7 wt% of a soluble fermentable powder, and 3-7 wt% of sorbitol, and stirring it at about 200 rpm in vacuum for 15 min; 2) preparing a second source material which is prepared by mixing 10-20 wt% of a dried wood powder, 10-20 wt% of a millet stalk powder, 30-50 wt% of an active carbon powder, 4-7 wt% of calcium, 3-7 wt% of potassium, and 3-7 wt% of manganese, stirring it at 50-100 rpm for 15 min; and 3) mixing 60 wt% of the second source material and 40 wt% of the first source material, stirring it at 50-60 rpm, extruding, molding and packing it. |
