PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify function to be disabled when a failure occurs in an apparatus. SOLUTION: An apparatus failure recognizing means 10 determines whether a failure occurs or not in the fetching of condition information of each apparatus to process various functions. A function failure decision means 11 refers, when it is decided with an apparatus failure recognizing means that a failure occurs in the apparatus, to an apparatus function correspondence table T1 describing a failure of each apparatus and use/non-use of each function. As a result, the function which is disabled depending on the corresponding defective apparatus may be output to a man-machine apparatus 3.
