PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a playing information processor which uses a small memory for quantization and facilitates operation for adding playing information. SOLUTION: In this example, a 1st memory M1 as a track for temporarily storing inputted playing information and a 2nd memory M2 (for merging) which integrates and stores the playing information stored in the 1st memory M1 and input playing information inputted in real time as sequential data are provided in an RAM. As buffers to be used, a 1st buffer which stores playing information of a time (namely, section HK a half as large as a specific section) corresponding to just beating outputted from the 1st memory M1 and a 2nd buffer which stores the input playing information by the time (a half of section HK) corresponding to the just beating.
