PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition and an image forming material of high sensitivity with respect to infrared rays and stable under white light and good in stability in a photosensitive solution and an image forming method using the material. SOLUTION: This photosensitive composition contains (a) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, (b) a phthalocyanine sensitizing dye having an absorption maximum in the wavelength region of 750 nm-1,200 nm, and (c) a photopolymerization initiator, and the image forming material is formed by coating a support with this photosensitive composition and an image is formed by using this material. |
