PURPOSE: An alarm control apparatus of a full electronic exchanger is provided to effectively collect an alarm state and allows a user to recognize a function fail alarm and an open alarm by connecting an MSIA-N unit, an IOIA-A1 unit and an IPGA unit to an alarm port in an MPDA unit through an OR gate and ORing the function fail alarm and the open alarm state. CONSTITUTION: An MSIA-N unit(10) has a function of a host adapter for electrically controlling a hard disk unit and a magnetic unit through a main processor system and a small computer system interface. An IOIA-A0 and an IOIA-A1 units(20,30) have an interface function between various input and output units and data link for communication between a main processor system and an operator. An IPGA unit(40) provides a gateway node of an inter processor communication for a communication between other processor blocks. OR gates(50,60,70,80) receive a function fail alarm and an open alarm state generated from the MSIA-N unit, the IOIA-A0 unit, the IOIA-A1 unit(30) and the IPGA unit(40), performing ORing and transmits it to an MPDA unit(90). The MPDA unit(90) performs a paged memory mapped management function with a circuit pack for central processing, an MPS bus arbitration function, an interrupt handler function, collecting a function fail from an input/output board, and an interface function of a 64Mbyte DRAM, 128Kbyte local RM, a 64Kbyte local SRAM, a C-channel, a D-channel and an S-channel.
