<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent the aged deformation of a synthetic resin pipe inserted in an existing pipeline to ensure the sufficient opening diameter of the inserted pipe for a long period of time, and to ensure the smooth insertion of the correcting pipe and sufficient strength of a bent part even in the case of applying the correcting pipe to correct the bent existing pipeline. SOLUTION: A correcting pipe 1 inserted in an existing pipeline is formed by forming bellows grooves 1a on the outer peripheral surface of a nylon pipe 10 of high elasticity and high strength used as base material and forming adhesive layers 20 in the recessed parts of the bellows grooves 1a. The correcting pipe 1 is firmly fixed to the inner surface of the existing pipeline by the heat- melting adhesive layers 20 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the nylon pipe 10, so as to prevent such inconvenience as to reduce an opening due to the aged deformation of the inserted correcting pipe 1. Since the correcting pipe 1 inserted in the existing pipeline is formed of the nylon pipe 10 of high elasticity and high strength, its wall thickness can be made as thin as possible to sufficiently ensure a pipeline bore after correction. A bent pipe can be coped with by the bellows grooves 1a formed on the outer peripheral surface.</p> |
