PURPOSE:To ensure that the displacement value of an oscillation terminal surface and a drive force by stacking a surface electrode, a piezoelectric element, a split electrode and a piezoelectric element sequentially between paired metal blocks, then assembling these stacked and held elements into a screw bar to form a stator, and connecting a driving circuit between the surface electrode and one of the split electrode halves, and a capacitor between the surface electrode and the other of the split electrode halves respectively. CONSTITUTION:Metal blocks 2, 3 of different weight from each other are fastened to the screw of a screw bar 1 on both ends of the screw bar 1. Next, a piezoelectric element 5, split electrodes 7, 8, a piezoelectric element 6 and a surface electrode 9, for example, are stacked sequentially from a metal block 2 side, and these stacked elements are assembled into the screw bar 1. Further, this assembly is fastened by metal blocks 2, 3 to form a stator 10. After that, a driving circuit 13 is connected between the surface electrode 9 and the split electrode 7. On the other hand, a capacitor 14 is connected between the surface electrode 9 and the split electrode 8, then the capacitor 14 is charged by counter- piezoelectric effects generated on the split electrode 8, and is discharged, when the counter piezoelectric effects cease. |
