RESOLUTION OF AMINOTETRALINS

摘要

Stereoisomers of carbocyclic amine compounds such as amino tetralins are separated by subjecting a mixture of the stereoisomers to reaction with an acylating agent in the presence of the enzyme Pseudomonas capacia lipase whi ch effect selective acylation of one of the stereoisomers to form a separable amide, whilst leaving the other stereoisomer substantially unchanged.
