Calling method for communication, through a computer network, with a terminal of a first regional cellular network that is roaming in a region of a second cellular network

The computer network (100) connects two cellular networks (10,20) via two gateways (1,2) which are territorially operational in respective two regions of two cellular networks (10,20). In order to call a terminal (B) of the other network a terminal (A) of the first network sends its request to call the second terminal (B) to its gateway (1) which in turn transmits it to a mobility server (3). The server extracts the telephone number of the second terminal (B) contained in the request message and looks up in the table (31) of locations for the address of gateway associated with that number. Upon reception of that request the second terminal (B) calls its gateway and the communication is established between the terminals of both networks across the computer network (100).
