PURPOSE:To manufacture the title product, any part of which does not get turned up, by almost the same easiness as a conventional, progressive operation. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 1 made of a heat shrinkable film of an appropriate size is formed, and is flatly folded to form a cylindrical body 1. When the cylindrical body 1, which is formed in such a manner, is cut into an appropriate size to get the size of a seal 4, it is automatically manufactured by a fit-cutting with blades of a male die 8 and female die 9, which have a protruding cutting part to form a pulling tab at the upper end, and a straight cutting part to form a straight part at the lower end. |
