PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertiser with an advertising medium which performs an advertisement having regional characteristics which changes according to a traveling position changing with the traveling of a vehicle in an 'occupied' state such as a taxi and a hired car, has high advertising effectiveness and performs a quantitative determination according to a boarding record by a means to analyze an advertising display state. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle information display and browsing management system gives a function to display advertising contents interlocked with the 'occupied' state being moving state data obtained from the vehicle or positional data obtained from a GPS(global positioning system) mounted on the vehicle, and a function to manage the advertising display state in a state occupied by a passenger to an on-vehicle information display device to be mounted on each vehicle. Furthermore, a means to update various kinds of information to collect, manage and analyze the advertising display state and to be displayed on the on-vehicle information display device through the Internet is provided in the on-vehicle information display device. |
