PURPOSE: A method for supplying refrigerant of ice storage tank is provided to improve thawing performance without installing a separate agitation device and instantaneous radiation performance by maximum load. CONSTITUTION: One ends of heat transfer pipes for icing(17,27), which are refrigerant inlets, are placed closely to the other ends of the heat transfer pipes for icing, which are refrigerant outlets. A direction in which refrigerant flows in the heat transfer pipes for icing is opposite to a direction in which refrigerant flows in another heat transfer pipes for icing placed closely to the former heat transfer pipes for icing.
