PURPOSE: Provided is a massage machine for abdomen and intestines with acupressure and massage effect which reciprocally moves a main body by the rotational movement of a crank axis so that it gives acupressure and massage effect for abdomen and intestines. CONSTITUTION: The massage machine for abdomen and intestines with acupressure and massage effect comprises the parts of: a gear A(3) which is matched to gear B(4) with an acupressure(6) pole formed; an oval sphere(7) which is formed at the end of the acupressure; an axis(2c) which is formed at the edge of an arm(10) and connected to the crank axis(2a) by a crank(2b); a far-infrared lamp which is placed at the lower part of a main body(1); the arm; a vertical axis; an unevenness groove; and a bottom plate.
