The two transverse hook wire (12) of the same pair are connected to each other by a crossbar (16) at a top of the trays lateral wall (2). At the other hook (15) end the pair of wires are connected by a crossbar (17). Each wire pair (12) is formed by bending a single piece of wire. The cable tray is formed by assembling longitudinal (10) and transversal wires (11,12). Each section (5) of the tray includes: (a) transversal wire (11) situated at the longitudinal ends of the section, which are linked to end bars (4) of the section, and; hook wires (12) fitted with an end hook (15), which are grouped in pairs regularly along the section (5). The wire pairs (12) are spaced so that the end pairs are at half spacing compared to spacing between intermediate pairs.
