PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a material excellent in delivering properties capable of effectively bringing a drug to exist in a living body for a long time and construct a drug delivery system by using the aforesaid material. SOLUTION: This delivery material is formed by forming a covalent bond by reacting a polyalkylene glycol or its reactive derivative with a phospholipid and a drug and when it is systemically or locally administered, the aforesaid material remains at the target site in a living body for a long time, so that the pharmaceutical effect can be maintained for a long time by one dose.
