PURPOSE: A lock bolt installation method using a fixture is provided to correspond properly to various sized holes for a lock bolt formed on a rock wall, to heighten the fixing strength of a lock bolt by removing air bubbles when injecting mortar and to secure work efficiency and safety. CONSTITUTION: The lock bolt installation method using a fixture comprises the steps of: boring a hole(302) for interposing a lock bolt(306) to a rock wall(300); fitting a fixture(10) composed of a flange(20) formed under a cylindrical main body, many projections(14)(16) projected outward and inward of the main body, a cut-open groove formed all over in the direction of the length of the main body and the flange, and a flap(24) closing or opening a central through hole of the flange(20) to the hole(302); interposing a mortar injection hose deep into the hole(302) through the fixture(10) to inject mortar(304); filling up the hole(302) with mortar(304) by using the hose; if the mortar(304) is filled completely, pulling out the hose from the fixture(10); and interposing a lock bolt(306) to the flap(24) of the fixture(10), then pushing into the inner end of the hole(302) and fastening with a proper fastener.
