PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which suppresses automatically pressure variation in a closed system conduit in which liquid circulates. SOLUTION: The closed system conduit 1 in which liquid circulates is connected with a discharge tube 21 provided with a release valve 20; an exit side of the release valve 20 communicates with a closed type buffer tank 22; the buffer tank 22 is connected with a return tube 23 provided with a check valve 24; and an exit side of the check valve 24 communicates with the closed system conduit 1. When the pressure of the closed system conduit 1 rises, and the release valve 20 is opened and the liquid is discharged to buffer tank 22, and when pressure of the closed system conduit 1 becomes negative pressure, the check valve 24 is opened and the liquid of the buffer tank 22 is flowed back to the closed system conduit 1.
