PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that not less than tens to hundreds of electronic circuits are held in one system concerning communication and computers, etc., at present, multiple programs are required for processing information, and a wide data band is required when multiple kinds of information are exchanged, so as to require a large scale device. SOLUTION: Several electronic circuits, the protocols/procedures and storage of several bytes or several kilobytes are made into one set, and autonomously linked regardless of wireless/wired. A center does not exists in a network constituted by the linkage, so that no server or center is required. One autonomously constituted system is automatically linked with an adjacent system by inquiry, etc. Thus, mounting is performed on a system without a board, a nonvon Neumann-type computer, far-distance bidirectional communication without requiring a large scale of communication system (between persons, a system and a person, or systems, etc.), sensor linkage, an accessory, and a mobile body such as an automobile or streetcar, etc. A wearable is also feasible since a circuit is small with low power consumption.
