PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kaleidoscope which is made so that the user of it can see more beautiful patterns. SOLUTION: In a kaleidoscope which is constituted in such a way that a mirror system 3 is provided in a cylindrical body 1 and a peep window 5 is provided at the back end of the cylindrical body and the front end of the cylindrical body is made to be equipped with a hermetic container 11 and both front and rear ends of the hermetic container are formed by light transmissive bodied 13, 15 and many objects 23 are arranged in the container so as to be freely movable, this kaleidoscope is characterized in that the inside of the container is demarcated into a plurality of housing chambers 21 which are independent mutually by the partition 19 of a longitudinal direction and many objects are disposed so as to be freely movable in each housing chamber so that they are not mixed with the objects in the other housing chamber.
