PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing function limit method and a camera attached mobile terminal that inhibits or limits photographing of a particular object only in a particular area by the camera attached mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The photographing function limit method uses near distance wireless communication sections 116, 122 and a wireless tag detection section 114 to inhibit or limit photographing of a particular object to which a wireless tag is attached on the condition that the camera attached mobile terminal 11 detects the inside of a photographing inhibit area and detects the wireless tag. For example, a photographing limit apparatus 12 is installed in a book shop and a wireless tag is attached to books in the book shop such that the photographing of books in the book shop by the camera attached terminal 11 is inhibited but the books purchased by a user and carried outside of the shop can be photographed.
