PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming resistant laminated sheet which can directly use a functional sheet used in various applications by sticking the functional sheet on the surface of the foaming resistant sheet and can prevent foaming even when stuck on a resin substrate of a large amount of out-gas. SOLUTION: In the foaming resistant laminated sheet having a foaming resistant sheet including a film (A) whose water vapor permeability measured by JIS Z-0208 B isαand a foaming resistant adhesive layer arranged on the back of the film and a functional sheet including a functional film (B) whose water vapor permeability measured by JIS Z-0208 B isβand an adhesive layer arranged on the back of the functional film with its back arranged toward the surface of the foaming resistant sheet, the film of the foaming resistant sheet and the functional film are selected so that the water vapor permeabilityβis equal to or larger than the water vapor permeabilityα(α≤β).
