PURPOSE:To inspect all patterns arranged in the longitudinal and lateral directions, by inspecting a print-circuit board to be inspected while dislocating the board successively in the longitudinal and lateral directions in an inspecting section through a first carrying apparatus which can be inched in the longitudinal and lateral directions. CONSTITUTION:A suction cup 81 provided in a first carrying apparatus 8 is moved left and right along a carrying rail 83 by a carrying motor 82 also, signal generators such as an encoder for sensing a moving quantity are provided in the carrying motor 82 or the carrying rail 83, and the signals thereof are inputted to a control section, and the suction cup 81 is so constituted that it can be inched too together with its reciprocating motion. Print-circuit boards are sucked/released sheet by sheet to/from the suction cup 81 by opening/closing a three-way solenoid valve 85 for sucking/ releasing. Thereby, the printed-circuit boards are carried from a board feeding section 2 to an inspection section 3. Further, in the inspection section 3, the first carrying apparatus 8 is provided with an inching motor and an inching rail for inching the suction cup 81 in the longitudinal direction. Thereby, all patterns arranged in the longitudinal and lateral directions can be inspected. |
