PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured dispenser for facilitating the removal of air bubbles deposited in the interior of a cylinder or on a surface of a plunger, and to provide an analyzer using such a dispenser. SOLUTION: This dispenser includes: the cylinder comprising a liquid housing part housing a prescribed liquid; a discharge port provided in the cylinder and serving as a flow path when the liquid housed in the housing part is discharged into the exterior of the cylinder; an inlet port provided at a position separated from the discharge port of the cylinder and serving as a flow path when the liquid is injected from the exterior of the cylinder into the housing part; the plunger movable forward/backward in a prescribed direction within the housing part for adjusting a pressure applied to the liquid housed in the housing part; and a liquid injection means for injecting the liquid from the inlet port into the cylinder by applying a pressure to the liquid with an end of the plunger positioned between the discharge port and the inlet port.
