PURPOSE:To unnecessitate glasses, and to attain a simultaneous observation by plural persons, and a viewpoint movement by arranging a lens and an image pickup face so that a concerned area face can be matched with an image pickup range. CONSTITUTION:The (n) pieces of television cameras for a stereoscopic video photographing by a specific means are arranged in a horizontal direction. The image pickup face constituted of the (n) pieces of image pickup tubes 9 or image pickup elements or the like of the television camera group is positioned at the same plane, and the image pickup face group orthogonally crosses each optical axis of a lens group 1 of the (n) pieces of the television cameras. And also, a face in a space where an entire parallax picture group necessary for a stereoscopic video construction is allowed to pass through the same face, is used as a concerned area face 2. Then, the image pickup face is arranged so that the preliminarily decided concerned area face 2 can be matched with each photographing range of the (n) pieces of the television cameras, and the video scanning and video signals of the entire (n) pieces of the television cameras are allowed to be synchronized with each other. |
