A DMD(Digital Micro-mirror Device) assembly and an optical projection system are provided to make it unnecessary to perform the positional adjustment of a DMD due to movement of the DMD while a circuit board is replaced by improving the structure of the circuit board. An illuminating unit is installed on a base. A DMD assembly(600) is installed at one side of the illuminating unit, wherein the DMD assembly(600) adjusts a light emitted from the illuminating unit into an image light. A projection unit projects the image light formed by the DMD assembly(600). The DMD assembly includes a DMD(610), a main circuit board(630) on which the DMD(610) is mounted, and an auxiliary circuit board(670) separated from or joined to the main circuit board(630) independently from the DMD assembly(600). |
