摘要 A water collection and drainage system having the function of water permeation and drainage for surface treatment of the ultra soft ground and a surface treatment method of the ultra soft ground are provided to increase drainage efficiency of an open channel and a collecting well and to improve constructability by draining off surface water and underground water simultaneously. A water collection and drainage system is constructed by forming an open channel(1) of the uncovered type with side portions(2,2') and a bottom portion(3), forming a collecting well as an uncovered type rectangular case, forming the frame(7) in the net type and covering with a permeable filter member(8) to have surface water distribution holes(9,9') on the upper part, adding Styrofoam(10) for buoyancy generation or weight for buoyancy control on the side or the bottom according to bearing capacity of the ground, and attaching an impermeable sheet(15) to a part of the side portions and the bottom portions. A surface treatment method of the ultra soft ground using the water collection and drainage system comprises the steps of arranging open channels having the function of water permeation and drainage on the surface of the ultra soft ground at regular intervals and connecting a collecting well to the side, exposing the top of side portions of the open channel and the collecting well to the upper part of the ground partially and regulating the height of surface water distribution holes with Styrofoam for buoyancy generation or weight for buoyancy control according to bearing capacity of the ground to be the same as the ground, and permeating and draining surface water and ground water and pumping out the water collected in the collecting well naturally or with a pump.
