Proposed process for preparation of sugar from molasses based on separation of sugar from non-sugar substances and mineral admixtures by dissolving molasses with acetic acid, filtration of isolated sugar, drying thereof and subsequent purification of aqueous solution of obtained sugar from organic and mineral admixtures on inonites. In sugar syrup concentration and incorporation of seeding sugar crystals are obtained. The proposed technology is characterized by ecological compatibility, simplicity of technological circuit, accessibility of raw material, insignificant energy expenses and can be used in industry as independent production.
