PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a personal ontology on which personal interest is highly precisely reflected while suppressing costs to be spent on creation. SOLUTION: When character strings matched with classes or instances in a template ontology 6 are present in blog entries 7a to 7n, 8a to 8n and 9a to 9n, an interest level measuring means 5c measures an interest level in the classes or instances based on the rate of the content of those classes or instances in the blog entries 7a to 7n, 8a to 8n and 9a to 9n, and a personal ontology extraction means 5c extracts direct offspring classes and instances from the route class of the template ontology 6 to the classes or instances as a personal ontology about the classes or instances in which the interest level measured by the interest level measuring means 5c is large.
