摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface material for a high definition display, the material having an antidazzle function and a function of rendering a fingerprint remaining on the surface into hardly visible and capable of improving visibility of a display, and to provide a high definition display and a high definition touch panel having the surface material. <P>SOLUTION: The surface material for a high definition display is used by disposing on the surface of a display such as a touch panel and a liquid crystal panel. The surface material for a display comprises a transparent substrate and a single antidazzle layer thereon or an antidazzle layer over a functional layer on the substrate. The antidazzle layer is designed to have an average spacing of projections and recesses on its surface of 20 to 300 &mu;m and the surface energy of 30 to 70 mN/m, and the haze value of the surface material for a display is set to 3 to 50%. The antidazzle layer comprises fine particles dispersed in a binder resin, wherein the average particle diameter of the fine particles is 0.1 to 10 &mu;m and the content of the particles is 0.5 to 30 mass% with respect to the binder resin.
