<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire cassette inspection method and device, a loader device, and an unloader device for inspecting a large-sized wire cassette in a short time and with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This method is employed for inspecting a wire cassette which is formed by arranging, in a vertical direction into multiple stages, rows of a plurality of pieces of wire stretched horizontally in the internal space of a frame of a rectangular parallelepiped, for housing boards on the rows of pieces of wire. When one of the rows of pieces of wire and a sensor using a laser are at predetermined positions, the height of the one of the rows of pieces of wire is measured automatically, and the heights of the other rows of pieces of wire are measured automatically one by one, by relatively moving the wire cassette and the sensor using the laser in the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
