PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw-ball nut mechanism having improved workability in assembling work for actualizing smooth circulating operation of circulating balls while downsizing a device. SOLUTION: The ball screw-ball nut mechanism comprises a ball screw, a ball nut arranged to be screwed to the ball screw via the plurality of circulating balls in its rotation restricted condition, cutout portions provided at both ends of the ball nut at selective angles, and end caps arranged to be fitted to the cutout portions provided at both ends of the ball nut.
