Microencapsulated delivery vehicles comprising an active agent are disclosed. In one embodiment, the microencapsulated delivery vehicles comprise a core composition surrounded by an eucapsulation layer, the core composition comprising a matrix material and a cooling agent, and wherein the microencapsulated delivery vehicle has a diameter of 5-5000 microns. The microencapsulated heat delivery vehicles may be introduced into wet wipes. Any number of other active ingredients, such as biocides, can also be incorporated into a microencapsulated delivery vehicle.
