<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe provided with a drawn part from an outer periphery on an inner side of a bent portion, capable of miniaturizing a retractor. <P>SOLUTION: A tip end has a projecting part matched with a shape of a drawn part S, and a member for molding the drawn part having a restraining wall is brought into contact with an outer periphery on the inner side on one end from a portion of the bent portion of a linearly extending pipe material at positions on both sides of the drawn part S. Bending is applied so that the other end of the pipe material and the member for forming the drawn part approach to each other while giving a pressing force from one end of the pipe material, and the outer periphery on the inner side of the bent portion and the projecting part of the member for molding the drawn part are pressed to each other, so as to form the drawn part S.
