PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a panel body of double wall structure having a front wall and a rear wall made of resin, and formed to be hollow inside by integrally sticking the edge parts of the front wall and rear wall. SOLUTION: The rear wall 3 portions near corner parts 7, 7A, 7B, 7C of the panel body 1 are crushed to the front wall 2 side to form crushed parts 8, 8A, 8B, 8C with the rear wall 3 portions integrated with the front wall 2, along the corner parts 7, 7A, 7B, 7C of the panel body 1, and edge parts 10 rising with respect to the bottom faces 9 of the crushed parts 8, 8A, 8B, 8C are formed between the crushed parts 8, 8A, 8B, 8C, and the corner parts 7, 7A, 7B, 7C.
