CURRENT MODE SERIAL/PARALLEL CONVERTER, AND CURRENT MODE PARALLEL/SERIAL CONVERTER

A current mode serial/parallel converter and a current mode parallel/serial converter are provided to remove A/D or D/A converter by storing a signal in a current memory. A current mode serial/parallel convertor includes a plurality of input switches(SW11-SWn1), and a plurality of current memories (CM1-CMn) and a plurality of output switches(SW12-SWn2). One end of the input switch is connected in parallel to a common output terminal of a V/I converter(100). The current memory is connected to other end of the input switch. The current memory memorizes the current. The output switch outputs the current from the current memory. The current memory includes a current source, a MOS transistor, a capacitor, and an operating switch. One end of the current source is connected to the operating power source. A drain of the MOS transistor is connected to other end of the current source. The source of the MOS transistor is connected to the ground. The capacitor memorizes the charge of the current by the current source and the input current. The operating switch performs the switching operation for the stabilized memory operation of the MOS transistor.
