COOLER, IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, AND FIXING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which can secure the performance of cooling a rotor heated during rotation.

SOLUTION: The cooler 18 applying a coolant is installed in a heated portion in an intermediate transfer belt 14. That is, an application roller 20 applying the coolant is arranged nearer to the downstream side of the belt rotation direction than to a transfer roller pair 36 transferring an ink image to a form P from the intermediate transfer belt 14 by pressurizing and heating and a cleaning blade 46 scraping the coolant from the intermediate transfer belt 14 is arranged nearer to the downstream side of the belt rotation direction than to the application roller 20.
