PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the amount of liquid in a storage part, even when the storage part for storing the liquid is tilted. SOLUTION: The water level estimation device includes a plurality of pressure sensors D01 for the liquid for detecting each liquid pressure, and a pressure sensor D02 for non-liquid for detecting the pressure of a fluid in a domain where a fluid different from the liquid exists in the storage part 10 for storing the liquid. A water level estimation part 13 calculates each distance from a plurality of portions to the liquid surface in a fixed direction based on detection results from the pressure sensors D01 for the liquid and detection results from the pressure sensor D02 for the non-liquid, and estimates a distance from a reference point to the liquid surface when the storage part 10 is in a straight state.
