PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device in which operations not intended by a driver are prevented from being implemented when the operations intended by the driver and the steering operation by the driver conflict with each other. SOLUTION: This steering control device 100 capable of controlling the steering of front and rear wheels comprises an operation determination means 10 for determining the operations of a vehicle intended by the driver beforehand and a steering operation limiting means 14 for prohibiting or suppressing the steering operation conflicting with the operations.
