PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a microcomputer of an electronic control device 60 from being reset owing to the lowering of power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A power supply line of a sub control system 81 for supplying power from a sub power supply 50 to an electric control device 60 is provided. The power supply control part 62 turns on and off a step-down switching element 82 so as to supply power from the sub power supply 50 to the electric control device 60 when a main supply voltage v1 reaches a main power determination voltage v1 or lower. When a sub supply voltage v2 becomes a sub power determination voltage v2ref or lower, a sub power relay 51 is turned off to stop supplying power from the sub power supply 50 to a motor drive circuit 30.
