PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for a route having a move address of facilities as a destination point, when the previously registered facilities is transferred. SOLUTION: In a map information storing part 101, a new map information database is constituted, based on an initial map information database and differential updated information. When the registration of information on the facilities desired by a user is received by a registration part 102, the received information on the facilities (registered facilities information) is extracted from the latest map information database, in receiving the registration and stored by a facilities information storing part 103. Furthermore, when selection of registered facilities information is received by a select part 104, it is determined by a determination part 105 whether the selected registered facilities information agrees with the corresponding information on facilities (latest facilities information) of the latest map information database. When it is determined that the selected facilities information does not agree with the latest facilities information, the latest facilities information is announced by an announcing part 106.
