PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device and program capable of omitting operation for registering a switching point to side video. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle navigation device 1 is connected to an imaging device 2 for imaging the front side part of a vehicle and an antenna 3 for GPS (Global Positioning System) reception. A processing section 14, when receiving switching operation with an operation receiving section 22, switches the road map screen displayed on a display section 20 to the side video provided from the imaging device 2 via a video input section 21, and stores, as a switch registration point, in a DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) 19, the travel position of the vehicle detected by the processing section 14 based on the signal received by a GPS receiving section 11 via an antenna 3 and a signal from a gyro sensor 12. When the travel position detected during the travel of the vehicle is in a predetermined range from the switch registration point stored in the DRAM 19, the processing section 14 switches the road map screen displayed on the display section 20 to the side video.
