A wireless communication terminal and a communication control method in the same are provided to perform the communication with an adjacent wireless terminal by searching a communication path with the adjacent wireless terminal when the communication with a specific wireless terminal is expected to be disconnected. A wireless mesh module(201) performs the direct communication with a wireless communication terminal. A detector(2032) detects the location information received from the wireless communication terminal. A predictor(2033) predicts the possibility that the communication with the wireless terminal is disconnected through the location information. A controller(2031) searches a communication path with the other wireless communication terminal in advance. If the communication with the wireless terminal is disconnected, the controller performs the communication with the other wireless terminal by controlling the wireless mesh module.
